Nationwide Resorts is an independent advertising company and is not affiliated with Your resort or any related or associated company of Your resort. During the term of this agreement, Nationwide Resorts shall only assist You in the advertising of Your vacation ownership by placing Your advertisement on our website on the internet and/or in another website/print media. Any response to your advertisement will come directly to you. It will be up to you whether to accept or reject any inquiry or offer pertaining to your vacation ownership/points/weeks.
Nationwide Resorts does not in any manner guarantee or promise You will get any response to Your advertisement, only that Nationwide Resorts will advertise Your vacation ownership on our website and/or other websites/print media. Nationwide Resorts will post/advertise Your vacation ownership/weeks/points for 180 days from the date of this contract.
At the expiration of 180 days, Nationwide Resorts will discontinue Your post/advertising of Your vacation ownership/weeks/points, unless You notify us, in writing, at the address or email provided herein below, that Your vacation ownership/weeks/points have not been sold or rented during the preceding 180 days.
Upon notification, in writing, before the expiration of the 180 day period that Your vacation ownership/weeks/points has not been sold or rented, Nationwide Resorts will continue to post/advertise Your vacation ownership/weeks/points for another 180 days at no additional charge, and will continue this process so long as you notify Nationwide Resorts, in writing before the end of any 180 day period that Your vacation ownership/weeks/points has not been sold or rented, all at no additional charge. Nationwide Resorts goal is to help You post/advertise the sale or rental of Your vacation ownership/weeks/points. Nationwide Resorts does not in any manner promise or guarantee that You will receive an offer/offers from Your post/advertising, only that Nationwide Resorts will post/advertise Your vacations ownership/points weeks as set forth herein.
Nationwide Resorts can guarantee You that if You can demonstrate in writing, that Your vacation ownership was sold/rented during the term of this contract by another company, advertiser, promoter, broker or real estate firm and that the other company, advertiser, promoter, broker or real estate firm charged the same initial price that You advertised Your vacation ownership with Nationwide Resorts and that You paid the other company, advertiser, promoter, broker, or real estate firm the same advertising fee as Nationwide Resorts and that the sale/rental of Your vacation ownership by another company, advertiser, promoter, broker, or real estate firm had nothing to do with Nationwide Resorts efforts in advertising Your vacation ownership on Your behalf, then Nationwide Resorts will refund Your advertising fee 100%.
Nationwide Resorts reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, and/or cancel advertisements in its discretion, including, without limitation, if Nationwide Resorts believes that customer conduct violates applicable law or is harmful to the interest of Nationwide Resorts and its subsidiaries.
Timeshare Owner(s) right of cancelation is as follow: Nationwide Resorts will provide resale advertising services pursuant to this contract. If Nationwide Resorts represents that Nationwide Resorts has identified a person who is interested in purchasing or renting your timeshare interest, then Nationwide Resorts must provide you with the name, address, and telephone number of such represented interested resale purchaser.
You have an un-waivable right to cancel this contract for any reason within three days after the date you receive signed confirmation of this contract. If You decide to cancel this contract for any reason within three days from the date You received signed confirmation of this contract, You will be charged for services rendered from the date You signed contract until the date Nationwide Resorts receives written notice of cancelation. The fee for services rendered is three hundred and ninety-nine dollars. You must notify Nationwide Resorts in writing of Your intent to cancel. Your notice of cancellation shall be effective upon the date sent and shall be sent to customerservice@
